What is the difference between cannabis and THCa hemp flower?
All our products sold online are made with THCa hemp flower, a close relative of cannabis that’s federally legal under the Farm Bill (≤0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight). When THCa is heated (decarboxylation), it converts to Delta-9 THC, which may affect its legal status in some states.
Are Lowell THCa products available for shipment everywhere?
No. THCa products can’t be shipped to certain states, including New York, due to varying state laws concerning hemp-derived products.
